Cottages that Accept Horses

Naturally we want to take all members of the family on holiday and it’s quite common for people to take their dogs and other pets with them. After all that is the advantage of self-catering accommodation – it can be your home away from home.

So why not take your horse or pony with you? Enjoy trekking through the Peak District, Dartmoor National Park, Wensleydale or the Denbighshire countryside. Try a floodlit ménage and water jump in Essex, or perhaps the challenge of cross country courses in Cornwall and Somerset.

Please scroll down the page for a list of cottages where your horses and ponies will be given a warm welcome: simply click on the name of the holiday cottage for more details.

Many cottages have virtual tours: all have on-line availability, rates and booking facilities. You can also book and check stabling details by phone on 0345 268 1307 (or 0044 1282 845994 if calling from outside the UK). The phone-line is open Mon – Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-5.30pm, Sun 10am-5pm: please quote the cottage code.
