Weekend Cottage Breaks

Weekend breaks can be expensive; popular hotels often start at over £100 per room per night with B&B’s not far behind. However, what most people don’t know is that you can now rent holiday cottages for two or three night breaks.

Many of these cottages also offer great features such as private swimming pools and hot tubs, with properties ranging from quaint fisherman’s cottages in Cornwall to large lighthouses to rent in Suffolk… and a lot in between!

There are some things you remember though, and we’ve created a simple guide to help you find the very best weekend cottage breaks.

✔ 2 night breaks start on Fridays or Saturdays

All 2 night breaks start on Fridays or Saturdays.

✔ 3 night breaks start on Fridays ONLY

With only a few exceptions, all holiday cottage breaks for 3 nights start on Fridays, so be sure to select a Friday from the dropdown calendar on the right.

✔ Last minute bookings are often cheaper

In many instances, booking within 14 days of your arrival date can yield some great discounts. If you’re flexible with your travel dates and are on a budget then we recommend booking as late as possible.

✔ Still can’t find what you’re looking for?
