Mount Snowdon is the highest peak in Wales and is to be
found within the Snowdonia National Park in the north of
Wales. It has been said that Snowdonia has all that the
English Lake District can offer but with less people and
less traffic!
From the mountains of
Snowdonia, explore the nearby
beaches and quiet coves of the Lleyn Peninsula. For more traditional seaside fun,
try the holiday centres of Llandudno, Rhyl and Prestatyn.
The castles at Caernarfon and Conwy must number amongst some
of the most impressive castles in Wales.
