HOLIDAYS AFLOAT : CRUISE THE  WATERWAYS OF WALES

Narrowboat holidays cruising the inland waterways and rivers of England, Scotland and Europe

A boating holiday is an altogether different holiday experience.

Take a holiday on the waterways in a hire boat and discover a slower, more relaxed pace of life on the historic canals of Wales.

The Welsh canals boast some truly magnificent scenery... in the north, the remarkable Llangollen Canal  takes you through constantly changing dramatic landscapes and over the unforgettably spectacular Pontcyscyllte Aqueduct – 1000 feet long and 120 feet high above the Dee valley.

To the south, the Monmouth and Brecon Canal (the 'Mon & Brec' as it's popularly known) wends its picturesque way across the Brecon Beacons National Park.
