The Middlethorpe Hall and Spa is set in twenty acres of gardens and parkland, yet 5 minutes from York city centre.

This Queen Anne style house is decorated and furnished in a style which is in keeping with the elegance of this period. The panelled dining rooms overlooking the gardens and the imaginative food follows the hotel's theme of traditional excellence. The comfortable and fully equipped bedrooms are individually decorated both in the house and in the attractively restored 18th century courtyard next to it.
