function, the Preston Cross Hotel, set in its own
beautiful grounds, is the ideal place to stay.
Our
aim is to make your time with us as enjoyable as
possible. This fine Victorian country house was
converted to a private hotel in the mid 1960's. It
is ideally situated and a superb base for visiting
many local attractions.
The
Preston Cross Hotel is set in 3 acres of
well-appointed gardens in the heart of the Surrey
countryside. The beauty of this fine Victorian
country house, matched by the hotels renowned food
and service, also make it a perfect place for a
celebration you will remember.
Bedrooms
We have 23
comfortable bedrooms, all with private bathrooms,
colour television, telephone, tea and coffee
making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer and
alarm clock/radio. Broadband internet access is
also available in most rooms. For those that want
something extra special, we have one room complete
with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath.
Weddings
With our
purpose-built Sovereign Suite at your disposal the
Preston Cross Hotel is the perfect place to hold
your wedding. There are three fine marriage rooms
in the hotel, all of which are licensed for civil
ceremonies. Our beautiful gardens are available
for your photographs before dining. Afternoon and
evening receptions, dining and dancing are all
part of the service we offer. The Sovereign Suite
has its own reception area, private bar, stage
lighting, cloakroom and direct access to parking
for 150 cars.
Organising a wedding
can be a daunting task. We will be only too
pleased to assist you with any aspect of your
wedding day, from seating plans and menus, to
recommending cars, cakes, photographers and
flowers.
Fine Dining
Whether you are a
staying guest, attending a wedding or function, or
simply dropping in for a meal, we are sure that
you will enjoy dining at the Preston Cross Hotel.
Our elegant Adam Room Restaurant is open daily for
lunch and dinner and there is always a wide choice
of dishes with an English and continental theme.
Special seasonal menus are always popular
additions to our regular dishes. On Sundays we
also offer an outstanding traditional Sunday
Roast. Our extensive wine list is full of "old
favourites" and some delightful "new world" wines
to cater for varied palettes.
Conferences
The Preston Cross
Hotel is perfectly placed to host your corporate
conferences and meetings. The Sovereign Suite,
overlooking the hotel's gardens, is ideal for
events of up to 299 people, with private access
from our large car park. The room can be
configured in a number of formats ranging from
"theatre" style for the corporate delivery
conference, to "cabinet" style for the larger
boardroom and delegate meetings. For smaller
events of up to 25 delegates, the Prince Room is
ideal.
Corporate Activities
Through a partnership
with one of the UK's best corporate event
organisers, the Preston Cross is pleased to offer
a variety of corporate activities and team
building events. Every corporate agenda is
specially formulated, taking into consideration
your business objectives, the type and number of
participants and your budget. Activities include
target sports, highland games, motorised
activities, it's a knockout, film making,
adventurous activities, country pursuits and many
more.
Special Occasions
Our Sovereign Suite is ideal for
private dinners and dances, catering for parties
of up to 300 people. The room has its own
reception area with cloakroom, private bar,
hydraulic stage, PA system and stage lighting.
Menus can be tailored to suit your needs and there
is an extensive wine list to choose from.
Entertainment, from live bands and discos to full
cabaret nights can be arranged.
