Eastnor is a dramatic, fairytale castle situated in a 5000-acre estate in the Malvern Hills within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The castle, surrounded by a lake, deer park and arboretum, with magnificent views of the rolling Herefordshire countryside, is the home of the Hervey-Bathurst family.

Despite its spectacular rural location, Eastnor Castle is only ten minutes from the national motorway network and only two and a half hours by car from central London.

Eastnor Castle is a family home which was designed for parties and entertaining. Eastnor is the ideal venue for birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, family re-union or any private party. It makes a unique and impressive setting for all types of corporate entertaining and events.

Eastnor Castle is available for business or private use, and our luxurious bedrooms can be used by small groups wishing to include dinner and overnight accommodation in their programme.

Bradley House is a lovely stately home set in grounds with views over rolling Wiltshire countryside and close to both Somerset and Dorset.

Bradley House is not an hotel experience, in fact it is almost the opposite – a warm and welcoming family home, complete with squidgy sofas and open log fires, which also makes a wonderful venue for a country house wedding. A venue that you can hire for three days (or longer if you wish) for your exclusive use.

It has bedrooms (doubles, twins and family rooms) to sleep 24 adults, a panelled dining room that can seat 24 and sitting rooms complete with squidgy sofas and open log fires. In addition we have pamper rooms within the house and a heated pool outside.

Wedding Receptions at Stanford Hall can be accommodated in three impressive and distinctly different venues. The Ballroom is a beautifully proportioned room and has excellent acoustics.  Originally it was an entrance Hall with bedrooms above it. The elegant Old Dining Room was the main family dining room until the Second World War and houses some of the furniture from the Old Manor House. The Crocodile Room situated in the Stableyard at Stanford offers alternative accommodation for the less formal wedding celebrations.

The parkland and lawns at Stanford Hall cover approximately 70 acres of grassland. With avenues of oak and Shakespeare’s River Avon snaking quietly through the grounds, the park offers the perfect backdrop to the hall and provides endless opportunities for the most memorable wedding photographs.

Samlesbury Hall, Preston, Lancashire

WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES

Samlesbury Hall is available on Fridays and Saturdays for weddings and other days by special arrangement. The Hall can be privately booked and the happy couple have exclusive use of most of the ground floor and all the grounds.  Together with our fabulous chef, the celebration will be one to remember! 

Civil Ceremonies for up to ninety can be held in the Whittaker Room and wedding breakfasts for up to 150 can be catered for, more are welcome in the evening.  The Hall is licensed until 12-midnight.  A later licence can be obtained upon request.

Samlesbury is also an ideal venue for birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, family re-union or any private party. We can help organise every aspect of your party and can suggest exciting and innovative touches which will enhance the event. We can also help to organise entertainment and music.
