venue was exceptional, a beautiful building inside and outside. lovely gardens and walks. The public area was well maintained and spotlessly clean, tastefully and elegantly decorated and the room was clean and spotless. Very comfortable and spacious. breakfast and dinner were both of exceptional quality. The staff were all so welcoming and warm towards us. loved our stay and hope to visit again soon. thank you to all

Rowton Castle is a beautiful 17th-century Grade II listed building, set in 17 acres of tranquil grounds, and 6 miles from the historic market town of Shrewsbury. Some of the rooms have a four-poster bed, hydrotherapy bath or luxurious spa bath. All rooms are individually designed with elegant décor, complete with a TV and complimentary wireless internet access. Set in an oak-panelled dining room with velvet furnishings, the award-winning Cedar Restaurant serves excellent cuisine in a warm, relaxing environment. The Hotel is set within the picturesque scenery of Shropshire, whilst being within easy reach of Telford, Birmingham and the Midlands motorway network.
