The Railway Carriage ( Sleeps 2 - 3)

The railway carriages are situated on the edge of the village of Wisbech St. Mary, three miles from the market town of Wisbech, while Woodlands Farmhouse is one and a half miles from both Wisbech and Wisbech St. Mary.   

Wisbech St. Mary has three public houses, a general store, Post Office and fish and chip shop.  Market days at Wisbech are Thursday and Saturday.  Wisbech, the capital of the Fens, has many fine buildings and is famous for it's Georgian Crescent and North Brink.

Wisbech and The Fens have a great deal to offer the visitor, in addition to the outstanding architecture, the area is rich in historical connections stretching back to Roman times through such well known figures as Hereward the Wake and King John who lost his baggage train together with a king's fortune near Wisbech in 1216.

The Railway Carriage:

A delightful converted Victorian Railway carriage set in a small garden with orchards to the rear and parking for two cars.

Accommodation: 
Lounge with colour TV, video, music centre, electric fire.  Also a  folding single bed.

Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave.

Double Bedroom.  Full Bathroom.

All rooms have economy central heating, electricity by meter reading.  All linen provided.  Well behaved pets welcome. BBQ and garden furniture.

Tariff:  £110  - £180 per week according to season.
Short Breaks available October 31st. - March 31st. ( except Christmas)

Ivywood Carriage:

A delightful converted Victorian Railway carriage set in it's own private gardens with a patio. There is a wooded area to the side of the carriage with a footpath to an orchard.

Accommodation: 
Lounge with colour TV, video and electric fire. Also a  folding single  bed.

Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave.

Two Double Bedrooms.  Full Bathroom.

All rooms are centrally heated. Electricity is by meter reading.  Linen for bedrooms. kitchen and bathroom is provided.  Well behaved pets welcome. 

Tariff:  £155  - £240 per week according to season.

Woodlands Farmhouse: 

A lovely Edwardian Farmhouse situated in a quiet lane, with a large garden and ample parking.

Accommodation: 
Lounge with colour TV, video and open fire.

Large Dining Room with open fire. Large Pantry with freezer.

Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and automatic washing machine.

Two Double Bedrooms, One Single Bedroom.  Full Bathroom.

The property has oil fired central heating. Both heating and electricity is included in the tariff.  Linen for bedrooms. kitchen and bathroom is provided.  Well behaved pets welcome. 

Tariff:  £195  - £320  per week according to season.

Sayers House: 

A pretty cottage set in a lovely garden with small wood to the back, ample parking and garage.

Accommodation: 

Lounge/Diner with colour TV, video, music centre and open fire.

Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and  washing machine. Pantry with freezer.

Two Double Bedrooms ( 1 also has single bed.  Full Bathroom.

All rooms have central heating, all linen provided, pets welcome, logs and coal provided free. 

Tariff:  £180  -  £295  per week according to season.
